• Ensure no distracting objects appear behind or around the artwork

• Photograph the artwork straight-on, not at an angle

• The artwork should be centered and fill most of the frame

• Make sure all edges are fully visible
   

4. Image Quality

• Use a high-resolution camera or smartphone

• Images must be sharp and in focus

• Do not apply heavy filters or color effects
   

5. Color Accuracy

• Ensure the photo reflects the artwork’s true colors as closely as possible

• Avoid over-editing, saturation, or color correction
   

6. File Requirements

• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG

• Minimum resolution: 2000 px on the longest side

• File size: preferably under 10MB per image
